Shipping Policy

Everything on the Vuaka is printed just for you, so a lot of thought goes into the way each item is made and shipped. We work with a global team of manufacturers and shipping services to get your order from the site to your door.

Once you buy, we’ll send you an order confirmation email, with some important details like order number, order summary, total cost, and chosen shipping address.

1. Shipping carrier: USPS/UPS

Each item you order is custom made for you, meaning we don’t hold stock in a warehouse somewhere. Printing usually takes 1-3 business days. We have a global network of 3rd party printers that are masters at their craft. The type of product you order and your shipping address affect where the product is made. Because of this, your order can sometimes come in different packages and arrive on different days.

Your order is shipped to your door. Or your office. Or wherever. When it’s on the way, you should receive a shipping confirmation email.

2. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Production Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. For all package delivery times, a 'business day' is considered any day Monday - Friday and does not include public holidays and weekends
Shipping Time: From 3 – 7 business days.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME (Starting from when the order is confirmed)

Delivery Time: 4 – 10 business days.
Tracking Number: When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
Shipping costs: $4.99 per item.

Free shipping for orders over $65.00
Insurance: Commit to refund 100% if not receive after 30 days.

Remember, we only ship in business days, excluding National Holidays.

4. SHIPPING COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS

We currently only serve customers in the US, we're sorry if you're outside of the US you won't be able to purchase.

5. CUSTOMS RULES

Since all items are manufactured, printed, and shipped in the United States, the price shown on the website will be the final price, and you will not be subject to tax.

Shipping can be speeded up by:

Complete and valid payment information (order by direct debit, credit card)
Providing exact shipping addresses.
We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
