Confidence with Real Hair and most sellers on Confidence with Real Hair offer refunds for items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If there are any problems, please contact us here to submit your request.

We always strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order placed on Confidence with Real Hair. To protect your rights, please review our refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Items

We assist customers who receive wrong, damaged, or faulty items, including:

  • The product does not match the description (wrong item, material, or size).
  • The product is torn, dirty, wet, or has damaged fabric.
  • The product has visible printing defects (blurred, misaligned, or incorrect).
  • Prints are peeled or damaged after the first wash.

Please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be supported.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order information to confirm your purchase.
  • Photos of the packaging label.
  • Photos of the items and size tag or neck label.
  • Clear photos showing the defective or incorrect part of the item.

For orders containing multiple items, please provide photos or videos showing all products placed side by side on a flat surface.

Once we receive and verify all required information, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Wrong Size Items

We support refund requests when the received item has measurements that differ by more than 1.5 inches from the standard size guide.

Please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be supported.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order information.
  • Photos of the item with the size tag or neck label.
  • Photos clearly showing the actual measurements (width and length).

For multiple-item orders, photos or videos of all items placed side by side on a flat surface are required.

After verification, if the measurements differ by more than 1.5 inches, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Lost Items

We assist with cases where an order is lost during the shipping process.

After tracking indicates delivery, please check your mailbox, security cameras, neighbors, and contact your local post office.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of the delivery confirmation.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order information.
  • Verified shipping address.
  • Confirmation from your local post office that the package was not received.

Once verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be supported.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please submit your request here.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. After 4 hours, order cancellations or modifications are not supported.

Note: For orders shipped outside the United States, we support defective or incorrect items within 60 days from the delivery date.
