At Confidence with Real Hair, every product is made to order — designed, produced, and shipped with care. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.

How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

All orders are made on demand.

After your payment is confirmed, your order enters a 2-hour modification window where you can change size, color, quantity, or cancel it.

Once this window ends, your order goes into production, which typically takes 1–3 business days depending on the product.

Estimated Shipping Time

After production, your order ships via USPS Ground Advantage.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Total estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days from the time you place your order.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Shipping fees within the United States are calculated based on the number of items in your order:

• Shipping fees within the United States are $5.99 per item.
• Orders with a total value over $60 qualify for free shipping.

The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

All shipments include a tracking link. You will receive this via email as soon as your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Confidence with Real Hair is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned due to these issues, we offer reshipment under the following conditions:

Eligible Reshipment Scenarios

The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete.

The shipping carrier attempted delivery multiple times and returned the item to our warehouse.

Reshipment Fee

$7.00 USD per item for US reshipments.
Reshipment will only be made once updated and accurate information is provided by the customer.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

Confidence with Real Hair currently supports one shipping address per order.

If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
